Biography
Mercedes has lived in Austin, Boston, and San Antonio, but, has always considered the Austin area home. Having both grown up in the Austin area and with family close by in Kyle, Mercedes and her husband, Ramon Campirano, chose to return to Austin after her completion of law school. Mercedes and Ramon began their family with the adoption of their first dog, Chang. The two have continued to grow their family with the adoptions of their twelve-year-old cat, Charles, their one-eyed dog, Plum, and, their new puppy, Salvador. Mercedes has dedicated much of her spare time to rescuing and aiding others in rescuing abandoned dogs and cats.
